By booking a service with The Heart Compass and using this site you agree that you are of sound mind and have the capacity to agree to the terms of service, privacy policy and any legal disclaimers. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these conditions.
The Heart Compass provides psychic readings, mediumship, and coaching services which are considered as guidance only. The Heart Compass makes no representation as to the quality or accuracy of the information exchanged in any session.
In booking a reading you agree that readings are to be considered to be for entertainment purposes. In booking a reading, you further understand that any information received by you (the sitter / recipient) in a reading or coaching session is not a substitute for professional services, and it is advised that you should seek advice from relevant qualified experts in your area of concern.
As a sitter / recipient you understand and agree that any actions taken as a result of the reading or coaching session are your own personal responsibility and choice.
All readings and questions answered should at no time be substituted as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business advice and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. You acknowledge that professional medical care should be sought before making any health decisions, including the treatment of any mental health / psychological / psychiatric disorders.
The Heart Compass remains free of any liability, claims, compensation or damages arising from the direct, indirect or incidental use of the services and / or content available or consumed on this site, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional duress, death or personal injury and misrepresentation.
The Heart Compass remains free of any liability, claims, compensation or damages arising from the direct, indirect or incidental use of the services and / or content provided by third-party providers linked to this, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional duress, death or personal injury and misrepresentation and fraudulent transactions.
The contents of this disclaimer extend to any communications, including but not limited to email communication, articles published on this and other public sites, social media, podcasts and interviews

Booking Terms and Conditions
To make a booking or engage a service with The Heart Compass you must be 18 years of age or over.
By booking a service with The Heart Compass and using this site, you acknowledge that you have read our legal disclaimer and agree to the terms contained therein, have read and agree to our terms of service, cancellation and refund policy and privacy policy.
By booking a service with us you will be required to provide an email address and phone number. The primary purpose of this is to be able to contact you in the event of an issue with your appointment or in the event of any technical issues during your reading. However, in doing so you also agree to us to sending you occasional marketing and promotional materials.
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of your booking unless otherwise stated, individually agreed or advertised / promoted. You are responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of using merchant services provided within this site. Use of merchant services is subject to the merchant provider's own terms and conditions.
Direct deposit and PAYID may be available in certain situations, and proof of payment is required to secure your booking. Appointments will not be considered secured / confirmed until proof of payment is received.
Online readings are conducted via zoom. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded any necessary software, updates etc prior to your appointment and that you have a stable internet connection. If you require assistance with zoom please refer to the guide on their website.
You are responsible for checking your time zone. The Heart Compass operates in alignment with Sydney Australia time zone and will not be held responsible for any delays or no shows for time zone inaccuracy when booking your appointment. Please check the world time zone converter if you need to perform a time zone comparison.
Any delays as a result of technology connected to the sitter / recipient will result in a forfeit of that time for that reading or session.
Late arrival of 15 minutes is considered a no show and subject to the no refund policy for no shows.
One to one sessions are a private session and multiple individuals or groups will not be read during these sessions. Any individual attempting to include more than one person in their reading is at risk of having their reading cancelled by The Heart Compass at their sole discretion and their booking fee forfeited.
Group readings are subject to additional terms of service.
All readings are confidential, no information will be shared outside of The Heart Compass.
Recordings are offered at the sole discretion of The Heart Compass. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee to provide a recording of your session.
The Heart Compass, from time to time, offers discounts or promotional readings for the purposes of self-promotion and social media awareness. Clients who choose to participate in this program will be required to agree to additional terms and conditions provided to them at the time of their booking.
The Heart Compass retains the right to refuse any service at their sole discretion
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests for private online readings and in-person readings must be made by emailing [email protected]
Your booking cancellation will be confirmed by reply email within our business hours.
Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
Online
• When received more than 72 hours prior to the appointment time (in Sydney Australia time zone), a refund less a $20 administration fee**
• No refund will be issued if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time
• No refund will be considered or issued for 15 minute snapshots
In person
• When received 72 hours prior to the appointment time 50% of the fee will be refunded
• No refund will be issued if cancellation is less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time
No shows
• 100% of your payment is forfeited
Late arrivals
If you are late to your appointment for any reason, that time is considered part of your session time and will not be extended
Once you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes, your appointment will be terminated and considered a “no show” with the no show refund policy applied.
The Heart Compass places high value on integrity and ethics. If The Heart Compass believes that they are unable to provide you the highest quality service due to illness or personal circumstances, they will offer you an opportunity to reschedule your appointment with priority at the earliest available time or you may choose to receive a refund in full.
** If applicable your refund will be processed (minus any fees) within 72 hours. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for bank processing.
Refunds are will not be issued under any circumstances if:
• The reading has been completed
• You are unsatisfied with your reading
• You are a no show or are a late arrival (refer to late arrival conditions above)
15 minute snapshots
• 100% of your payment is forfeited - this service is fully non-refundable
Service guarantee:
In the event that either party feel that there is not an alignment between their energies and makes a decision to end the reading within the first 10 minutes a full refund will be offered.
CLIENTS MUST EXPRESS THEIR CONCERNS WITHIN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES FOR THIS TO APPLY.
Once the reading reaches the 10 minute mark, it is implied that you are satisfied with your service and your reading is subject to our no refund policy above
Stage Events - Terms and Refunds
We recommend our stage events as 18 years and older. Guardians bringing minors, please be aware that there is a potential for adult language and themes
Attendance does not guarantee a reading
Entry to an event is subject to The Heart Compass disclaimers and general terms and conditions found on this page
Personal audio or video recording of the event, either in part or in its entirety, is strictly prohibited. Please have your phone off or on silent
All events are non refundable. Some events will offer a waitlist once sold out, if this option is available it will be displayed on the event page. Should you need to cancel your seat, with up to 24 hours notice before the event, we will endeavour to offer your ticket to someone on the waitlist. If we are able to reallocate your ticket/s we will process you a refund less a $10 administration fee (merchant fees and charges may apply) For refund requests please email [email protected] - Refunds will not be considered within 24 hours of the event date
Items may be available to purchase at our events. In making a purchase your do so at your own risk as there are strictly no refunds or returns
Spirit and Spirits don't often mix. Please limit alcohol consumption prior to the event
The Heart Compass and / or Event Organiser, takes no responsibillity for any food provided / consumed at a catered event. Please ensure that you accept full responsibility for any allergies and food intolerances when making food selections
The Heart Compass and / or Event Organiser retain the right to refuse entry or recind entry of any patron for disruptive behaviour. This is at our sole discretion. In the unlikely occurrence of such, the ticket issue is forfeited and no refund will be granted
By purchasing tickets and participating in this event, you consent to the potential for photos and videos to be taken and shared on various social media platforms.
The event organiser retains the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, such as sharing on social media, websites, other promotional materials and for future communication.
In certain circumstances, we will endeavour to hide and or blur faces; however, this is not guaranteed and does not apply to group photos or photos taken of individuals who agree to have their photo taken.
Amendments and Updates
All our terms, conditions, disclaimers, and policies may be amended, including with changes, additions and deletions, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Site following any amendments indicates that you accept the amendments.
You accept responsibility to check this Privacy Policy regularly, prior to providing personal information, engaging in any service, or purchasing any product, to ensure you are aware of any changes, and only proceed to provide personal information if you accept the new terms and / or policy.
